About the Exhibition
Marcus Webb transforms industrial materials into provocative sculptural forms that challenge our perceptions of weight, balance, and beauty. Working with salvaged steel, reclaimed wood, and industrial hardware, Webb creates works that feel both monumental and precarious. Each piece engages with the architectural volume of the East Wing, establishing a dialogue between the raw materiality of the sculptures and the refined gallery space. "Skin & Steel" presents a decade of Webb's practice, from his early welded figures to recent large-scale installations.
