A checklist from running a four-week study community

Short study groups are focused, but drop-off can happen quickly. The first week needs low, specific expectations.
The most effective tool was a weekly retrospective template: what I did, where I got stuck, and what I will try next.
Check-ins do not need to be complex. Process notes create better peer support than completion badges alone.

The three-part retrospective format is practical enough to use immediately.
